Car Air Conditioning Re Gas Service

At Trust Automotive we are currently offering an $89 special for small passenger vehicles and $125 for SUVs, split system and larger passenger vehicles on Car A/C regas (includes a service of your Car A/C gas system). Trust Automotive is located opposite Harbour Town on the Gold Coast!


Getting your car A/C checked takes about 15 minutes. We conduct an extensive diagnostics routine over your A/C system before proceeding with a re-gas. It takes an additional 20-30 minutes to conduct the re-gas. Trust Automotive offers a free re-inspection 2 weeks after re-gassing. We use a special UV dye in the system which allows us to properly check the system to make sure there are no leaks. This protects the environment and also protects you from further costs and problems with your system.

Why is it important to re-gas your system? Like a balloon, gas from your A/C system slowly leaks out to the atmosphere over time. If your A/C system runs too low on gas not only will it not cool your car efficiently, but it places strain on the mechanical components of your A/C System which can very quickly lead to failure and expensive repair bills. This is even more important for modern vehicles as most modern vehicles are designed to hold less gas than older cars. Regular servicing and re-gassing keep the system running efficiently and extends the life of the A/C system mechanical components. Regardless of the age of your vehicle, we recommend servicing and re-gassing your car A/C system at least every two to three years.
